Why are u applying to Revenant:

I'm looking for a good/serious raiding guild to do 25 man's with. Currently doing 10 man heroics and such, but i really miss playing on my priest and doing 25 man's with a guild. Spoke to a friend in the guild and he suggested i apply.


Is there anyone in Revenant who can vouch for you:

Newk-know him very well and i'm sure i know some other peple in the guild who would vouch for me though i can't remember who tbh, or if new people have joined along with newk etc. hehe. Axxe? kinda know him too but from ages ago. Newk knows what i can do better than anyone though raided with him since tbc


Previous guild. Why did u leave/ got kicked:

well... not an easy question for me to answer... eternal blood i guess, if you mean on this char. and i still am the gm of eb so i didnt leave or get kicked. However, all the officers went inactive and core members joined other guilds so we pretty much disbanded. I would say though that my previous guild in relation to me looking for a new one now would be lume quenta, which is an ally guild i have been in for years. Been playing my resto shaman ally for them as they have gotten a bit more serious and doing 10 man heroic icc. Just don't feel they have what it takes to take it to the next level that i want to be playing at though, but i won't leave them either since i had chars there even when i was totally inactive.


What raiding experience you have:

Been raiding since vanilla, so... i have completed all raids with the exceptions of old naxx and swp(pre 80 that is). Done all ulduar HM toc heroic and ICC heroic (excluding prof. blood queen and LK) at the required gear lvls, i.e. ulduar before toc, toc before icc. Those heroics were on 10 man, so looking to go to the 25 man heroic lvl.


What kind of PC and connection do you have:

Got an alienware area 52, and a decent broadband connection--but i assume the question was does your pc break a lot and do you get dc's/lag. and no i don't have many problems at all in that department


We raid 3 times a week; tuesdays, thursdays and sundays and we require people to atleast raid these days. Can you raid these days?:

Yup, 100% attendance


Do you speak and understand english since this is the langauge spoken during raid?

Can you handle critisism and do you use this to improve your general performance?

Well... im a helpful friendly guy, and i like to joke around, assuming it doesnt cause a wipe! No seriously, my helpful friendlyness disappears when people screw me over as does my sense of humour. But it takes a lot to piss me off, "put on frost presence" "but but, im not frost spec" /facepalm.
I aslo play wow A LOT and have done for years, got 1 of each class at lvl 80 (at least 2 if i count allies :O yes sad i know but w/e it's my life choice i'll do what i wan' (cartman)).
So hopefully... looking forward to raiding with you guys going on into cata aswell ^^

I've been in Eternal Blood myself back in tbc.. It wasn't for a long time though.

Nice and informative application.

I do have one question tho, care to explain why you choose to gear for pure int, regardless of socket bonus?
Im not a master at holy priests, but i think i know enough to say that spirit is the way to go if you really feel you need the mana(which surprises me), not int.

Heya m8 , if i remeber right i think you was in zaibatsu or connected therapy or both from what i remeber was a decent healer, and myles int is the best stat to get mana, if you have bad mana problems, but it looks like you have decent enough gear to gem for sp as its pretty low, we usually gem 12 sp and spirit to get bonuses as spirit is still decent for mana but also gives us sp.
Up to the officers but decent apply and if the guy im thinking of was a good player, gear may be a bit low for heriocs though, with some regemming can get them stats up a bit, anyways good luck with ur apply.

well the reasons i gem the way i do are----

as the man rightly points out spirit is a load of crap these days, i have experimented with it and it's just mince although i used to gem fully spirit before ulduar when they changed it.

As for gemming sp, i already have 3100-well over 4000 with self procs, excluding raid buffs and such so talking ~4000k plus standard in a good 25 man, so int for me is pretty much the best stat, as i can just constantly spam heal even in long fights.

if anything i'd consider maybe some more haste/crit but shamans take care of haste issues and palas take care of massive crits so, yeah i stick by my gemming

Your armoury shows you only have 2800 spellpower and thats low mate , im not talking about for normal ic as thats basically a walk in teh park im talking about heriocs where we want you to produce 8-10k hps.
