When i look on this application it strikes me as very short. You could have filled it out a bit more.
For example you listed the guilds you've been in but didn't specify if you've left or been kicked.
You don't really tell anything about yourself.

You're only 84 aswell. but not sure how much that counts, though would have been better if you were itemlvl 330+

Remember that when you make an application you need to convince us you are a good player.
Since you are still leveling I don't know how we can figure out how you are as a player, or atleast getting an idea to.
Here are some things i noticed;

Both your resto and feral spec aren't optimal in terms of how you filled in your talents.
Your feral spec has wrong prime glyphs.
Your resto spec has no major glyphs.

Checked your achievements also;
No lich king kill.
Barely if any heroic kills.

I "suggest" leveling and gearing up first before being taken seriously.
But then again, i'm not an officer so you'll have to wait for an official reply .
